  1. Heat 4 tbsp oil. Medium flame

  2. Add ½ tsp cumin, 1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste. Saute until aromatic smell.

  3. Add 3 finely sliced onion and saute until translucent.

  4. Add ½ kg prawn and saute. The water from prawn will be released and oil will get separated. Then add salt and spices - ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp chilli powder, 2 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder. Sauté for a few minutes or until aromatic smell.

  5. Add little water at the end. Garnish with coriander leaves.
