Chicken Potato Curry
One pot easy curry made from chicken, diced potatoes, onions, coconut milk and spices already there in your kitchen.
Love the spice-soaked potatoes in a warm coconut chicken curry! Goes with rice and rotis.

Heat 4 tbsp oil. Medium flame.

Add 2 thinly sliced onion and saute until just brown.

Add 2 green chilli, 1 tsp crushed ginger, 1 tsp crushed garlic and saute for a minute. Add ½ kg chicken, salt to taste, 1 chopped potato, ½ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp chilli powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tsp garam masala and 1 chopped tomato. Saute for few minutes or until aromatic.Â

Cover with lid and cook for 20 mins. Medium to low flame.

Add 1 cup coconut milk. Garnish with coriander or curry leaves. Just boil for a minute and ENJOY!
