---∞--- just cook it ---∞---

  1. In a pressure cooker off heat, mix 1 kg mutton, 5 cubed onion, 1 tbsp chilli powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder, salt to taste and ¼ cup oil. Do not heat the cooker yet. Mix the ingredients well with spoon or Mumz's hands!

  2. Then heat the cooker in medium flame and saute the mixture until oil reappears (5-10mins).

  3. Add 1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste and 1 cup hot water.

  4. Pressure cook it. Medium flame until 1st whistle. Then switch to medium-low flame for 15mins.

  5. Release the steam out of pressure cooker. Open the cooker and let it simmer in low flame heat for 5-10mins or until the gravy thickens. (CAUTION : Do not use pressure cooker if you are inexperienced)
