  1. Chop all ingredients into small cubes : 1 green apple, ½ cup pineapple, 1 mango, ½ cup black grape, ½ cup green grape, ½ cup bell pepper, ½ cup black olives, ½ cup white onion, ½ cup cucumber and 1 medium tomato.

  2. Add dressing and serve: salt & pepper to taste, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice and few parsley leaves.
