Potato & Long Bean Salad
Long beans and potatoes perfectly seasoned with lemon juice, mustard sauce and olive oil.

Prep work:
- Chop 10-15 long beans into long slices and boil in water for 2 mins. Rinse in cold water.Â
- Boil 10-12 baby potato or 2 medium potato with skin in water for 10-15 mins. Add a pinch of salt to water. Rinse the cooked potato in cold water. Chop into cubes with skin.

Make the salad:
- In a bowl, add the boiled long beans, boiled potato and 1 thinly sliced medium onion.
- Add dressing and mix well :
