French Fry Bhaji
A variation of Aloo (potato) Bhaji made with French Fries! A grandkid's favourite.

In a bowl, mix 1 cup gram flour , 1 tbsp rice flour with little water to make a thick batter.

Add salt to taste, ½ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp asafoetida, ½ tsp baking powder, 1 finely chopped medium onion, 2 chopped green chilli, 1 chopped small ginger, few chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves.Â

Add 500g frozen french fry to the batter and mix well.

Heat oil in deep fry pot. Take a large spoonful of the french fry batter mix and pour into the heated oil. Deep fry until golden brown.
