Crispy Noodles Cutlet
An Indian vegetable patties with onions and carrots coated with popular 2 minutes Maggi noodles and deep fried.

Heat 2 tbsp oil on medium flame.

Add 1 finely sliced medium onion and saute until translucent.

Add 1 finely sliced green chilli and 1 small grated carrot. Saute for few minutes.

Add 1½ cup hot water and 1 pack of noodles.

Add ½ tsp ginger&garlic powder or paste, salt as required and any flavour sachet that came with the noodle pack.

Add few parsley or coriander leaves.

Add 2 tbsp flour to thicken the preparation. Keep aside to cool.

Shape into cutlets (round or oblong shape) and deep fry in oil for 5 mins or until crispy.
