Crispy Noodles Cutlet

  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil on medium flame.

  2. Add 1 finely sliced medium onion and saute until translucent.

  3. Add 1 finely sliced green chilli and 1 small grated carrot. Saute for few minutes.

  4. Add 1½ cup hot water and 1 pack of noodles.

  5. Add ½ tsp ginger&garlic powder or paste, salt as required and any flavour sachet that came with the noodle pack.

  6. Add few parsley or coriander leaves.

  7. Add 2 tbsp flour to thicken the preparation. Keep aside to cool.

  8. Shape into cutlets (round or oblong shape) and deep fry in oil for 5 mins or until crispy.
