A classic dates milkshake recipe with creamy coffee as topping.
Soak 20-25 almonds in hot water for 5 mins. Peel skin and keep aside.
Soak 5-6 dates in hot water for 5 mins. Remove seed and keep aside. (No need to soak if the dates are very soft already)
Use a spoon to whip 2 tbsp instant coffee and 3 tbsp brown sugar with 2 tbsp cold or hot water until it becomes creamy and fluffy. Can use a small beater too.
Blend peeled almonds, seedless dates with 2 cup cold milk.
